When young poets meet live music, something unique is created

Based on themes, motifs and characters from an opera work, new texts are developed and performed on stage. Accompanied by the stage orchestra of the Vienna State Opera, the art of language and music come together in a direct exchange.

OpernSlam invites you to listen to opera in a new way and experience poetry in a new way - open, surprising and completely in the moment.
