About the event

The cult Christmas film Single Bells is coming to the stage!
The day before her Christmas vacation in Mauritius, Kati decides: "I want to get married... and: I want a child!" Her boyfriend isn't playing along, annoyed, because "that can't be a problem." But he sticks to his guns. Mauritius falls through, and Kati promptly goes to her sister Luiserl's to spend Christmas in the country with her and her family. But there's no sign of the longed-for contemplation...
"Well, where is it?" Grandma can't find the marjoram, but still "makes Christmas" on her own. "If only Papa could see this..." she dreams, assuring him: "I'm not complaining, I've never complained!" Luiserl escapes Grandma's "big, fat goose" by turning to alcohol, and Lilibet treats herself to "two tiny shots of eggnog." Hansi, the "man of the house," asks again: "Are you going to decorate that stupid tree or not?" Torn between his wife, his mother, and his mother-in-law, he finally decides: "One humiliation follows another." Sissy confesses in panic: "Lilibet, the rat is gone!" and Gregor demands: "Carp have a right to life too!" In the end, the Christmas tree is burning, and the rat is sitting in the manger. Typical family Christmas madness, right? They sing: "Don't mess around, the Christ Child is coming!"
