Robert Marc Lehmann – MISSION EARTH
He dives and studies sharks, embarks on expeditions to the most remote regions, and, together with ex-Navy SEALs, rescues illegally captured wildlife on dangerous missions. The 2015 National Geographic Photographer of the Year and cameraman travels to the most remote places on Earth, always with one goal: to explore the world, document its beauty and its fragility, and to change people's awareness. From these adventurous and insightful journeys, Robert brings back new stories, breathtaking images, and films, which he presents in his show. Without being preachy, the marine biologist, research diver, photographer, and 2018 Person of the Year presents urgent topics in a captivating and relatable way, using a humorous and educational "edutainment" style.
His most important message is always: It's time to act now, it's not too late, and "The world is worth fighting for!"
